Your satisfaction is our priority. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached. A 10% restocking fee may apply. For hygiene reasons, nose rings, earrings (where applicable), and certain personal-use items are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with clear, high-resolution photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
